Red Pepper Baby Exzema

leftovers Part 2 - Kloßteigpizza with everything that has to go

Now I've finally made it! - All that remains of the holidays left, has been consumed and processed: o)

It lay dormant even a pack of dumpling dough in the fridge, but to normal with any kind of meat dumplings, and so, I really had no appetite .... . no wonder after Festtagsvöllerei.

I remembered that I have a few years ago somewhere once ate a Kloßteigpizza .... very good idea! And so practical .. because on it then comes everything has to go: o)


Ingredients:

1 package ready Katoffelknödelteig
4 slices cooked ham
2 onions
1 handful of mushrooms
1 can of chopped tomatoes
Mozzarella
oregano, basil

Preparation: press

the dumpling dough on a small baking sheet that has been brushed with olive oil, and in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes pre-baking .

now distribute the tomatoes and sprinkle with the dried herbs. Now to give the desired ingredients and cover with the tiny chunks of mozzarella

The pizza in the oven at 180 ° -. bake 200 ° in about 20 minutes.

Conclusion: Simple, fast and delicious and can imagine that this pizza variant in children very well received.
