The preparation is somewhat more complicated / time consuming than regular cheesecake, but ensure you are rewarded at the end with a fluffy cloud.

Conclusion: The cake tastes great, but for the title of world's best cheesecake s enough for me somehow not, but then I prefer the classic cheese cake that is baked with real cheese and vanilla pudding mix: o) - I could actually do on occasion and once again .....
