is many of you these days ... I certainly like the last days Schlemmer are some remnants left over and these are supposed to somehow still processing be. There is again some improvisation required to serve up even a full dinner.

So what are we going ..... half a pot of sauerkraut New Year .... a few potatoes, which stretch out their probe so slow .... ne and pack meat is still in the fridge ....

was honest, I can think of only one of sauerkraut a -> Szeged goulash

Ok ... then stop without pork - that I simply replaced with minced meat and that's not such a big difference. The potatoes were processed to a pulp and even were my wretched remains of disappeared : O)



Ingredients:

250g sauerkraut
250g minced beef 1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
300 ml broth
pepper, salt, pepper

Preparation:

onion and garlic, chop, and together with the Ground beef in olive oil well. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Now, the broth must angie and add the sauerkraut. The whole season with the spices and simmer for about 1 hour before her leave.

gabs given me mashed potatoes, which I will always seasoned with marjoram, nutmeg, pepper and salt. A dollop of sour cream and some fresh parsley leaves this "residue food," the final touch.
